Refund policy
Normally, we do not accept any returns for change of mind due to health regulations. However, if you are dissatisfied with your experience of the products, please contact us at info@internalhealing.com.au within 30 days of purchase and we will be more than happy to assist you further.Â
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Internal Healing Pty Ltd will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:
- The product is damaged, or
- The product is faulty, and
- You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Internal Healing Ptd Ltd reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged/ faulty please us email as soon as possible with proof of purchase and we will help to resolve the situation.
